Each year, we devote many CodeMap Compliance Briefings to the development of new codes and corresponding reimbursement amounts. We disseminate this type of briefing more frequently in the second half of the calendar year due to the release of new information concerning the following year's coding and reimbursement requirements for federally funded health care programs. As an example, it is only July, and we already know the preliminary new and revised CPT codes for 2007.
