This week we will discuss how total PSA and subclasses of PSA are covered and reimbursed by Medicare for both diagnostic and screening purposes. Remember, Medicare defines a screening test as any test or procedure performed in the absence of signs and/or symptoms of disease, injury, or malformed body member.
