Each year, we dedicate a number of briefings to the terminology of coding, reimbursement, and coverage, so that all our subscribers are familiar with the many unique terms employed by federal health care programs, professional organizations, and providers when discussing program requirements. This week, we present the following list of coding terminology and accompanying explanations as a review of the language associated with coding.
