Many systems require a reference file of ICD-10 codes and descriptors. Unfortunately, finding a reliable source for this data in an electronic file is not easy.

Our database contains a complete, up-to-date, and accurate listing of all effective ICD-10 codes and their descriptors.  The CodeMap file is superior to other sources because it includes the complete long descriptor for each code, as opposed to cryptic and confusing abbreviations. In addition, our file does not include ineffective codes, such as category header codes.  Decimal points are included in each code where appropriate.
