CodeMap® Compliance Briefing: August 17, 2022

CMS recently renewed the Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN) form on its website. As a result, this CodeMap® Compliance Briefing serves as a reminder for all providers to begin using the new form by August 31, 2022. The new form only includes minor changes however, all providers must use the latest form to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Today's CodeMap® Compliance Briefing will explain the minor changes to the new ABN form, as well as review the rules that pertain to the form and its proper use.
